Exterior painting means washing, scraping, repairing and priming siding, stucco, cedar, trim and soffits before any finish coat goes on. Weather decides when exterior work can happen, so we plan around the product’s temperature limits rather than the calendar.
Residential Painting
Residential painting is the whole-home service: interior, exterior and the details in between for houses, townhomes and condos. One crew and one written scope keep the schedule, the colours and the clean-up consistent from room to room.
Commercial Painting
Commercial painting covers offices, shops, restaurants, strata common areas and similar spaces. We schedule around opening hours where we can, protect fixtures and stock, and keep the site tidy so the business can keep running.
Cabinet Painting
Cabinet painting refreshes kitchen and bathroom cabinets without the cost of replacing them. Doors and drawer fronts are cleaned, degreased, sanded, primed and finished with a durable cabinet-grade coating.
Fence and Deck Painting
Fence and deck painting and staining protects outdoor wood from sun and weather. We clean and repair the surface, let it dry properly, then apply a stain or paint suited to the wood and how exposed it is.
Drywall Repair
Drywall repair fixes holes, cracks, dents, nail pops and water-damaged sections so the wall is smooth before it is painted. Patches are taped, filled, sanded and primed so they do not show through the finish.
Popcorn Ceiling Removal
Popcorn ceiling removal scrapes textured ceilings smooth and refinishes them. Because textured ceilings in older homes can contain asbestos, we ask the age of the home first and recommend testing before any scraping begins.
Wallpaper Hanging
Wallpaper hanging starts with a clean, smooth, primed wall. We match the pattern, trim cleanly at corners and edges, and smooth out air bubbles so the seams disappear.
Wallpaper Removal
Wallpaper removal strips paper and adhesive without gouging the wall underneath. We score, soften and peel, wash off the glue, repair any damage and prime the wall so it is ready for paint or new paper.
