How Alto Pro Painters works
Alto Pro Painters is a referral and coordination service. We connect customers with experienced, licensed painting professionals and may contract the work to a reputable, insured and WCB-covered painting company in your area. The painting professional you are connected with is your specialist from the initial call until the job is complete.
That professional is responsible for all work completed, the appointments and timelines, the billing and payment for the job, and all liabilities related to it.
Limits of our responsibility
Alto Pro Painters is not responsible for disputes, handling of payments, transactions, damages, bookings or claims, current or future, between you and any contractor that performs services for you. Please read your written quote carefully, ask questions before you accept it and keep a copy.
We do our best to keep information on this site accurate, but it is general information and not a substitute for a written quote or professional advice for your property.
Quotes
Our quotes are free and given in writing. A quote lists the surfaces, preparation, paint and expected timeline for the work described. Changes to the scope after a quote is accepted may change the price and the timeline, and should be agreed in writing.
Phone calls and messages
Phone conversations may be recorded for record keeping and quality purposes. By calling us or sending a request you agree that we may call, text or email you about your quote.
Using this website
The content on this site belongs to Alto Pro Painters or is used with permission. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy or republish it for commercial use without our consent. We may link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
